I am currently attending Ithaca College, and there are certainly plenty of musicians here on campus that have amazing musical talents. The other day I had the chance of listening to an original song written and performed by one of my fellow classmates. His name is Darren McGee. When I heard his song "torn" I was very impressed, and decided to look into more of his music.
All of his music is acoustic. I can compare his music to John Mayer somewhat. He voice is really what sold the music to me, it has a coffee house vibe to it. So if you like John Mayer, Jason Mraz or Jack Johnson, I am sure you will enjoy Darren's music.
